Alworoud Real Estate (“Alworoud”, “we”) is an ABG Holding company that owns, develops, and manages institutional-grade real estate across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data through alworoud.com.
What we collect
Information you submit through our forms — your name, email address, mobile number, the nature of your enquiry, and any message you include. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, device type, and referral source.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to investment, leasing, career, and supplier enquiries; to honour our two-business-day response commitment; and, only with your consent, to share market insights and company news.
Legal basis under the PDPL
We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Processing rests on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and CRM cookies load only after you accept them through the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells a genuine enquiry apart from automated abuse. Google receives your IP address and how you interacted with the page, and handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It runs only on pages that carry a form.
How we share information
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as our CRM and hosting providers — and where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were provided, then delete or anonymise them. Access is limited to the teams that handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to connect@alworoud.com. We respond to verified requests within the timelines set by the PDPL.
